By creating a CritterConnect account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account

Don't use CritterConnect to store or share unlawful content, spam other users, attempt to access other families' data, or interfere with normal operation of the service.
Not veterinary advice
CritterConnect is a record-keeping and organization tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your animals.
Your content
You own the content you upload (photos, notes, logs). You grant CritterConnect a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you and your family group.
Service availability
We do our best to keep CritterConnect available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
CritterConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CritterConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
